Willowfield Block Ballas was born in 90's, when an Original Gangster of Los Santos Ballas has been send to create another set around Willowfield since nobody was leading it. He did so and he created Willowfield Block Familier with other 3 OG's.

No snitching, don't go in attacks without an O.G permission.
Must live around Willowfield.
Must be atleast 14 years old, we don't need kids.
No lackin'.
If you're in, you're in for life.
Must respect the higher ranks and listen to them.

We don't accept poor rpers.

Ugly dirty this isn't no -1 shit okay? And first of all, this is an UNOFFICIAL GANG APPLICATION TOPIC or UNOFFICIAL FACTION TOPIC. I can create what gang I want when I feel too. If the developers decide to make it official they will, okay?

-1 I think you should probably join some other gang and make it active , nobody wants to be in a situation where there are 15 different factions but only 10 players that are active in the whole server to fill most of the spots in those empty factions. I'd understand a situation if 30-50 people were joining our server daily then yes we would need some more factions to fit all the people in instead of hoarding these massive numbers of people into only 5-6 gangs..  Also there is no guarantee that people will be joining your gang - much like SBF in its current state. So yeah in a way - kind of agreeing with Sharpy on this one.

Yeah exactly , thats basically what needs to be done and if the server gets some more activity rolling up in the future you should probably consider making a more unique and original gang , for example: The Grove Street Families have a nemesis - The Ballas , Vagos have a nemesis - The Aztecas but there is a faction The Lost Motorcycle Club that has no nemesis at all, think about creating a nemesis for them , like a rival motorcycle club , biker wars would be awesome and I'm not sure if thats your thing but think about it, heck maybe some one else would do it.
